Friday night swim session at Reading Blue Coat School. This is a coached session with a TVT coach involving intervals and technique training.
Please arrive "beach ready" i.e. with swim costumes under clothes to get ready at pool side as the kids classes before us don't clear the changing rooms quickly. Changing rooms will be available for use after the start of the session.
Venue - pool at Reading Blue Coat School, Holme Park, Sonning-on-Thames, Reading RG4 6SU - could you please arrive at 7.50pm.
Bring valuables and any pool toys onto the poolside with you, there is lots of space along the length of the pool, but don't dump anything at the short ends of the pool.
Note that the pool is 25 yards long - most Garmin's can be set to that distance (for the metric only its 22.8m).
