IMPORTANT FINAL TVXC MARSHAL INFORMATION
Location: St Neots Preparatory School, St Neot's Rd, Eversley, Hook RG27 0PN
Date: Sunday 19th January.
Course marshals to be at the school car park for 0900hrs. Brendan will brief you and walk you over to the run course.
You will be provided with a map and a list of numbers in case of emergency.
You will be walked to your marshal point and instructed as to which direction the runners will come from, and where you will be directing them.
Please bring appropriate cold/wet weather clothing and wear appropriate shoes. You will be provided with a high-vis jacket.
Please have a charged mobile phone with you.
Car park marshals to be on site by 0900hrs to help park the early TVT cars and have a briefing from Becks. You will be supplied with the charity bucket to collect £2 as people enter.
Catering will be on site at 0800hrs to make food.
Runners can turn up as per normal timings but any early help would be much appreciated.
All leaders and myself will be there from 0800hrs to receive any willing early volunteers!
Parking is very limited so please get in touch with your fellow team mates and car share as much as you can.
