We’d like to invite members to join us for a festive trail run around the woods in Burghfield! Every year, the Englefield Estate puts on a Snowman Trail, with 20 wooden snowmen, lovingly decorated by local school children. We’ll lead a social run to visit some of these masterpieces. We will be stopping for photographs!
We’re offering two distance options, both starting from the Wokefield Common car park at what3words corner.scouts.dogs
8.2km – 10 snowmen
11km – 15 snowmen
Trail shoes strongly advised, festive wear encouraged.
Routes will be posted on TVT Challengers a couple of days before, once the snowman locations have been confirmed. There is a half marathon option for anyone who wants to see all 20 snowmen, available on request, but we won’t be leading that route.
