The AGM of Thames Valley Triathletes which will be taking place on the 12th of March 2025, at Earley Crescent Resource Centre, Warbler Drive, Earley, Reading, RG6 4HB.
Arrival from 7pm with refreshments for a 7.30pm start. We aim to conclude the meeting by 8.30pm
As per the Club Constitution we require a quorum of 25 members or 25% of the membership, whichever is the lowest, to be present at the AGM for any voting to take place. Voting will require members to be present at the meeting.
