CYCLING - Power Hour - 25/08/2026 Overview

Power Hour is a 30km approx route we ride chain gang style on Tues evenings.

We ride in groups of up to a max of 8 (usually less) 

1st Group leaves at 1830and last group at  1845 slower groups first out.

This is a great fun way of getting bike fit and learning how to ride in a group at pace.

If you are new to this type of cycling please let one of the coaches know or ride leaders and we will assist by having taster rides to practice and gain your confidence.
