inal details - TVT TVXC – 25th January (THIS SUNDAY)
The big day is nearly upon us. TVT you have stepped up, and truly been the egg in my sandwich. After months of organising and prep, I asked for help, and you came running. A massive show of support through FB, ClubPal and personal messages. Thank you so much.

Please have a look at the spreadsheet and see where you have been posted. Timings for being ready to go in the car park are:
0800 Darren and I for school opening, toilet reception and final course set up.
0830 Catering – Liz is the lead
0900 Car parkers and donation collectors. Mark Pocock is lead.
0930 Course marshals. Brendan is lead. He will brief you in the car park and walk you all over to the course together. You will be shown to your marshal spot.
Runners – you have all been contacted. The walk to the start is 10 mins ish so arrive in time to park, warm up, chat, faf and race at 1100.
High vis will be provided to all outdoor posts. Food is available post race so please supply your own drinks and snacks for pre race. Make sure you wear and bring suitable clothing for cold and wet weather.
